"The Onset Beach Compound" is built on-top the sea banks of Glen Cove & Broad Cove in the heart of Onset Village Cape Cod.
Onset Village is known as the "Gate Way to Cape Cod" since before the construction of the cape cod canal and its 5 original draw bridges (Now replaced by 3 bridges). because of its proximity to other ports and cities with popular attractions as well as Onset harbors deep water access surrounded by world class fisheries for mariners and sports enthusiasts alike.
Onset is home to one of Cape Cods healthiest shell fisheries and active boat ramps. This intimate connection to the ocean and mother nature is deep rooted in our culture here at the O.B.C (The Onset Beach Compound)
Enjoying a night or just a few hours at the compound is staying a night or hour with mother nature. Enjoy kayaks and other small vessels Inclusive, charter a trip to Martha's Vineyard Island on one of the resort boats or yachts. Or simply sit back and indulge in the natural seashore habitat where dozens of species of Birds, Ducks, Crabs, Hawks, Fish, Fox, River Mice, Swans, and much more call home.

All Guests of the resort share access to the common space throughout the resort. All outdoor activity closes at 11PM for town noise ordinance.

Killian's Locker is a wet storage shed located at Sea Level below the Mermaid House which guests can access while on the beach. All guests have inclusive access to the locker, which beach games and other essentials you may need while exploring the cove and surrounding bays.
What's is Inside "Kilians Locker"
5 Kayaks with Paddles
Each Kayak is housed in its own custom built coral to allow upside down storage that allows sand & other debris to be washed out with the lockers hot water hose. The coral is protected from the sun and its harmful UV rays. Allowing our equipment to appear to be "like new" at all times.
Aquatic Toys & Accessories for the beach
The hardest part of going to the Beach is getting all of your essentials to the beach! "Kilian's Locker" is located at Sea Level on-top of the beach itself. Steps away from the sunshine, you'll find clean organized aquatic toys to enjoy on the Compounds Beach.
Shell Fishing Gear & Bait Fish Traps
Fishing Poles, Fish Nets, & Tackle
The Surrounding bays and coves of onset are home to one of the healthiest shell fisheries in the state. Most restaurants serving fresh shell fish in cape cod are receiving their shell fish from Onset Bay. The locker provides the proper tools to harvest shell fish from Onset Bay.
While visiting the Cape Cod Canal Region, you are within arguably the best fishing locations in the country & beyond. Kilians locker has basic fishing poles and essentials you'll need to land your big fish! Onset is surrounded by the MOST SEA SHORE IN MASSACHUSETTS, & one of the largest assortment of fresh water ponds & rivers to explore recreationally.
Life Vests & PFD's organized and clean
The number one priority of any sailor or responsible leader is safety! Kilians Locker is equipped with a life vest fitting station to ensure all guests have access to life vests.

The Compounds Green and Garden is a private outdoor space for our guests to use as they please. Use the green for a BBQ with friends and family during your vacation stay, or reach out to the OBC team for renting the green daily. If you are looking for a beautiful ocean-side venue for your next upcoming event, we love accommodating our guests for anything as far from birthday parties to weddings and business meetings and travel.

Hours: 10:00AM - 9:00PM
No alcohol or plastic cups in the tub.
The tub is completely emptied and washed several times a week based on inspection & guest communication / request.
Inches from the Ocean you'll enjoy the relaxation of the spa while taking in the nature of the sea shore landscape. Enjoy the Spas music system while watching the stars from the tub or step out of the tub across artificial turf (NO MUD ever) and step into the refreshing salt water on the private compound beach.

Based out of the Cape Cod Canal #PlayHere specializes in the design, installation, and maintenance of its "Verb Arenas". With a mission to share its inclusive and supplementary "Experiences Menu" with the general public around cape cod, #PlayHere leases various public & private spaces to facilitate & conduct such business.

#PlayHere imagines and builds experiences. Many of these experiences require intensive ongoing repair and maintenance. Not only being located amongst the salt air of the ocean, but the constant use and wear / tear on such equipment demands a team that purpose is to maintain the integrated network of which it manages and monetizes .
#PlayHere is contracted with "The Onset Beach Compound" to design, install, and manage an integrated network of custom exclusive experiences for guests of the resort as well as Onset Village and its general public.
